Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The 2022 Annual General Meeting of New Zealand School Cycling Association Incorporated (known as Cycling New Zealand Schools) will be held as follows:
Date: Sunday 22nd May 2022
Time: 1.00pm - 2.00pm
Venue: The 2022 AGM will be held virtually - Please email schools@cyclingnewzealand.nz to request the link no later than 15th May 2022
The meeting will be held in accordance with the NZSCA Constitution.
Any business that a member wishes to discuss at the AGM shall be required to be received in writing by the secretary (via schools@cyclingnewzealand.nz) by no later than Sunday 15 May.
Executive Committee Nomination and Voting Process:
Applications are invited from anyone who would like to seek election to the Executive (in any region). See here for current members.
Click here to download a copy of the 2022 Regional Representative nomination form, and click here to download a copy of the 2022 Patron nomination form. Please email the completed form to schools@cyclingnewzealand.nz on or before Sunday 15 May 2022.
In the case where there is more than one nomination received for a region, the schools in that region will be contacted to vote for a representative prior to the Cycling New Zealand Schools AGM. In the case where there is only one nomination, this nomination will be confirmed at the AGM.
