Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The 2025 Annual General Meeting of New Zealand School Cycling Association Incorporated (known as Cycling New Zealand Schools) will be held as follows:

Date: Sunday 18 May 2025
Time: 6.00pm
Venue: Online via MS Teams

The meeting will be held in accordance with the NZSCA Constitution.

Any business that a member wishes to discuss at the AGM shall be required to be received in writing by the secretary (via schools@cnz.kiw) by no later than Sunday 4 May.
 

Executive Committee Nomination and Voting Process:

Applications are invited from anyone who would like to seek election to the Executive (in any region). See here for current members.
 
Click here (TBC) to download a copy of the 2025 Regional Representative nomination form, and click here (TBC) to download a copy of the 2025 Patron nomination form. Please email the completed form to schools@cnz.kiw on or before Sunday 4 May 2025.
 
In the case where there is more than one nomination received for a region, the schools in that region will be contacted to vote for a representative prior to the CNZ Schools AGM. In the case where there is only one nomination, this nomination will be confirmed at the AGM.
