The 2025 South Island School Track Championships will be held at the SIT Zero Fees Velodrome in Invercargill on 30 September - 1 October, hosted by Cycling Southland!

Age as at 31 December 2025.
Individual Races: U20, U17, U16, U15, U14, U13 boys and girls
Teams Race (Includes Team Pursuit and Team Sprint): Senior (U20), Junior (U16) and Year 7 & 8
At a minimum competitors must be enrolled in Year 7.
Track Accreditation
All riders are required to be accredited to ride on the SIT Zero Fees Velodrome. Please contact Cycling Southland for cost and to arrange office@cyclingsouth.org.nz
Bike Hire
Limited number of bikes available for hire during the event. Please contact Cycling Southland for cost and to arrange office@cyclingsouth.org.nz

All entries will need to be completed by the schools sports coordinator via the Enternow platform here. Parents please liaise with your school to register student riders.
Schools must be affiliated for 2025 and follow the 6 Step by Step Guide here before they will be able to enter this event.

Entry Fees
Individual = $80 per rider
Team Pursuit = $60 per team
Year 7&8 and Junior (U16) Team Sprint = $40 per team
Senior (U20) Team Sprint = $60 per team

*Once the invoices are available on the September 12, the bank details for Cycling Southland will then be available for your school to make their payment. Please do not pay on a quote basis.
Composite Teams - Team Sprint and/or Team Pursuit
If you are entering a Composite team please advise us by adding COMPOSITE into the team name in Enter Now. Fill out the form here and email through to schools@cnz.kiwi to confirm. See CNZ Schools Rules for more information. Composite teams are eligible to compete and will be recognised on the podium if they place in the top 3, however as per the current Schools Cycling Rules, they are ineligible to receive a medal.
Refund Policy
Refunds requested after the entry closing date will only be processed on the presentation of a medical certificate to CNZ Schools no later than one week prior to the event finishing. All refunds will incur a $25 administration fee.
No refunds are available unless requested in writing prior to the Team Managers meeting.
